Security – The online store at AllAboutLooks.com is completely secure. However, if you'e uncomfortable ordering online we will gladly process your order over the phone.

Purchase Quantities – All fabrics purchased in the online store must be purchased by the yard. This helps keeps our online system efficient and helps keep our prices low. The fabrics we stock change quickly as we receive new fabrics, and everything is sold on a first-come first-serve basis.

Prices – All prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax –All orders shipped outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax unless otherwise mandated by state law. Orders shipped within Texas will be charged state sales tax unless exempt.

Payment – We accept Visa and Mastercard. Other payment options are available, so contact us to make arrangements.

Order Changes - If you must make a change to your order, you must do so over the phone as soon as possible. Our online orders are filled very quickly, and once a fabric has been cut and the order has been processed, we cannot modifiy it.

Backorders – If your order has been backordered, you will be notified within three working days, given an estimated shipping date, and given the option to cancel the order or accept it. If you accept the  backorder, it will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives. If we cannot restock your backorder, your transaction will be cancelled and refunded, and you will be notified.

Damaged or Lost Shipments - If your package is damaged or lost in transit, you are responsible for contacting us within 24 hours to notifiy us. We will replace the item immediately (upon receipt of the damaged package, if applicable). Orders that are lost or damaged can not be cancelled.

Returns - AllAboutLooks.com does not accept returns on custom-cut fabrics. We will gladly cut sample fabrics for your inspection, and we highly recommend you contact us to request samples before you order.

Dye Lot Variation – Because of dye variations, weaving irregularities and age, AllAboutLooks.com cannot garauntee color matching across samples or previously purchased fabrics. We will make every effort to ensure your fabrics are color matched, but sometimes irregularities are inevitable.

Silk Fabric Characteristics - Because silk inherently contains "slubs", or small, thick nubs throughout the fabric, AllAboutLooks.com cannot make garauntees about the consistencies of silk fabrics. The slubs are a natural characteristic of silk production and will not degrade the quality or performance of the fabric.

Limitations - All content contained within the AllAboutLooks.com website is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any portion of this website without express written permission.

Force Majeure – AllAboutLooks.com will not be liable for delays in merchandise delivery if they are caused by lockout or other labor or transportation disputes, acts of God, production point outages, delays in import or customs clearance, or other causes beyond our control.

Updates and or changes are constantly made to the information contained on the web site.
